What Happened to Double-0 Marketing

What Happened to Double-0 Marketing

In 2006 Double-0 Marketing “hung its shingle” and forged ahead working hand-in-hand with Marshmallow Fluff, Cambridge College, Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce, TMS Architects, Fresenius, and Construction Services of New Hampshire (CSNH) – All clients who were interested in solid design services without paying big agency overhead prices or dealing with big agency bureaucracy.

The next 19 years consisted of expanding the brand/client experiences, striving to ensure the portfolio remained diverse, building agency brand equity, and exceeding client expectations.

There comes a moment when most brands, if not every brand, needs to look at itself in the mirror and redefine its mission, market position, values, or product offering. KIA comes to mind first as we draft this story. It was perceived as a low entry, poorly built vehicle vying for consideration amongst brands such as Hundai, Saturn and Scion. Then 8 to 10 years ago the manufacturer decided to become a premium brand, creating a slick modern logo,  equipping attractive cars with technological bells and whistles, and establishing an upscale brand personality that spoke to a different – maybe wider – demographic.

IT'S ALWAYS GOOD TO ASSESS YOUR BRAND AND ASK IF IT COULD USE A REFRESH. IT WAS OUR TIME TO LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND REBRAND. IT WAS TIME FOR DOUBLE-0 MARKETING TO RESKIN AND TAKE ON A NEW ERA.

Voila! Introducing one80 design, Double-0’s new identity as of January 2026. While we are no longer Double-0 Marketing, we are unyielding in what is important to our clients; Do your absolute best work; Don’t give up creative exploration until you’ve done your best work; Respect the client; Hear the client and truly understand their pain points; Our relationship is equally as important as the work.

So while we are now one80 design, these values and exceptional design remain at the forefront of our daily lives. Welcome to one80 design.
